Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds as the merchandise is made-to-order. Shipping times vary depending on the stock of the items purchased (unique colors may take longer). Items may ship separately once they become available and fulfilled. GPAS does NOT handle any merchandise or shipping. The merchandise is created and shipped through third-party vendors.
